I am beyond excited to share some incredible news with you all! I have been given the extraordinary opportunity to present on a topic that is very close to my heart: Coding and Robotics in Pre-Primary School. This invitation feels like a dream come true and a significant milestone in my journey as an educator and advocate for innovative learning methods.

From the moment I began my career in education, I had a vision of not only teaching but also sharing my passion and knowledge with a broader audience. To be asked to present on such a forward-thinking and impactful topic is a true honor. It reaffirms my belief that when you are passionate about something, the universe conspires to help you achieve it. I feel immensely blessed, and I truly believe this is God’s way of showing me that He hears my dreams and will provide the opportunities when the time is right.

You might wonder why I chose Coding and Robotics for pre-primary school children. The answer is simple: I believe that introducing these concepts at an early age fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. These are the building blocks for lifelong learning and success in an increasingly digital world.

During my presentation, I will showcase some of the practical examples and apparatus we use in our classroom to bring coding and robotics to life. Here are a few highlights:

1. Bee-Bots and Blue-Bots: These programmable floor robots are perfect for young children. They help students understand basic coding concepts through hands-on activities and games.

2. Coding Apps: Apps like ScratchJr and Kodable introduce children to the fundamentals of coding through interactive and engaging storytelling.

3. Robotic Kits: Simple robotic kits, such as LEGO Education WeDo, allow children to build and program their own creations, combining physical activity with digital learning.

4. Interactive Storytelling: Using coding to create interactive stories not only makes learning fun but also enhances literacy skills and encourages imaginative thinking.

One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching coding and robotics to young children is witnessing their joy and excitement as they explore new concepts. Their eyes light up when they realize they can create and control their own robots, and their sense of accomplishment is palpable. These experiences lay a strong foundation for their future educational endeavors and ignite a lifelong love of learning.

As I prepare for this presentation, I am filled with gratitude. I am grateful for the support of my colleagues, the enthusiasm of my students, and the trust of those who invited me to present.

I am eager to share my experiences and insights with a wider audience and to inspire others to embrace coding and robotics in their early childhood education programs. I firmly believe that we are shaping the future, one curious mind at a time.

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Your support and encouragement mean the world to me. Stay tuned for more updates, and I look forward to sharing the highlights of my presentation with you all soon!
