Hi everyone,

My birthday is on the 30th of April and I thought what an incredible day to give back to the community.

This quarantine has taught me how important it is to not always think about you but about others. I am very passionate about children and how we impact their outlook on life.

I am privileged enough to earn a salary and work from home, while others are not in the same boat.

Every year, I always celebrated my birthday extravagantly and I thought this year is particularly difficult for many families.

I would like to donate money to any children’s home or if there is any available fund group that are preparing food parcels to those who are really struggling.

I really hope that I can encourage you to reach out to your communities and help those that you can.

I am reminded of my favorite bible scriptures;

Deuteronomy 15:10:

“Give generously to him, and do not let your heart be grieved when you do so. And because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in everything to which you put your hand.”

2 Corinthians 9:7:

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

In the book of Acts 20:35' In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said:‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

God bless,

Micaela
